4th grade multiplication of big numbers game -Heyya, pal! Another game, another learning! Still craving for more? Don’t worry, kids, we are not hindering anyone from having fun while learning! This time, let’s move on to the multiplication of large numbers! Have you already mastered the multiplication table from 1 to 10? Because it’s now time to show us how much knowledge you have gained from it! To proceed let’s follow a certain algorithm, put the larger number on top of the smaller one, and put a line beneath it. And then, we can start multiplying all the digits in the top number by the rightmost digit in the bottom number. After multiplying the first digit, put the product above the line aligned in the first unit place (ones), and proceed to the next digit of the top number. After that, move on to the next digit of the bottom number, and simply repeat the process of multiplying the digit above it from the right. After getting the product, it should be put again above the line but the position should be in the second unit place (tens). Remember that if the product of two digits is more than 10, only put the ones place of the product above the line, and carry the tens place of that digit above the second digit of the higher number. Repeat the multiplication process but do not forget to add what was carried above it. If you were to multiply numbers with more than 2 digits, repeat the same process until there is no left to be multiplied! Lastly, put another line below all the products and add or bring down everything to reach the final product of the multiplied numbers.
